- Browse our collection of plans, select the one you like, and click the 'Purchase' button. You'll need to sign in to complete the purchase. After payment, the plan will be available in your profile.
- What's included in a purchased plan?
- Each plan includes detailed day-by-day itineraries, optimized routes with distances and travel times, curated destination recommendations, interactive maps, and the ability to export to Google Maps.
- Can I edit a purchased plan?
- Plans are carefully crafted by our travel experts and available as ready-to-use itineraries. You can customize your journey using Explore Mode, which lets you track visited places and navigate between destinations.
- What is your refund policy?
- Due to the digital nature of our product, which is delivered immediately upon purchase, the right to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund does not apply, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
- Do plans get updated?
- Yes, we regularly update our plans with new recommendations and route optimizations. You'll always have access to the latest version of any plan you've purchased.
- How do I import a plan to Google Maps?
- After purchasing a plan, you can open it in Google Maps in several ways: click 'Import to Maps' in the plan, scan a QR code with your phone, or export to KML format.
- How do I install the app on my phone?
- AS PLANNED can be installed as an app on your phone without downloading from the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone/iPad: open the site in Safari, tap the Share icon, and select 'Add to Home Screen'.
- Can I use plans without internet?
- Yes! Purchased plans are automatically saved for offline use when you browse the site. Just visit the plans page once while online, and your plans will sync.
- What is Explore Mode and how do I use it?
- Explore Mode is an interactive way to explore the city with your plan. It displays one destination at a time with a map, description, opening hours, and a navigation button to Google/Apple Maps.
- Why does the app ask for my location?
- The app only requests location access in Explore Mode to show your position on the map relative to the current destination. Your location is used only on your device and is never sent or stored anywhere.
- How does marking visited places work?
- You can mark places as visited while exploring. In Explore Mode, use the floating checkmark button (✓). Progress is saved and visible on the progress bar.
- What are push notifications for?
- Push notifications inform you about new travel plans, special offers, and promotions. With them, you won't miss interesting destinations or price deals.
- How do I share a plan with a co-traveler?
- After purchasing a plan, you can share it with one additional person. Open the plan and click the share icon, then enter your co-traveler's email address.
